Just wondering what your favorite recipe or dish that you make whoe camping....mine is Dutch oven lasagna.

if we're catching any fish, it's fried catfish or bass or grilled bass or trout.
with potato salad, garlic bread and a big jug of iced tea.
otherwise, we like anything on the grill, accompanied with mac/cheese or beans or baked potatoes, or cole slaw etc etc.
