For a cocktail, Dark & Diet on the rocks.
(Diet Coke with dark rum, but it has to be Cruzan Rum made on St. Croix where we used to live. Can't find it often on the road.)
We keep a box of red wine in the RV to have a glass with dinner.
Or sometimes we sample local beer. Some good ones in Moab, Utah. Last summer enjoyed Keith's Pale India Ale when we were in Halifax. My favorite though was the Quidi Vidi Iceberg Beer in St. John's, Newfoundland. Actually made from icebergs. The tour of the little brewery is a lot of fun.
