Which style of BBQ sauce for you?
Of the four barbecue sauces: mustard, vinegar and pepper, light tomato and heavy tomato? Or is there another kind you prefer that is not listed? We like either heavy tomato or the vinegar/pepper...

Generally I prefer thick, tomato based ... sweet is fine, savory is fine too, like Stubbs.
I've made my own using Ketchup, Cranberry Juice and Cherry RC Cola and a bunch of savory spices... turned out pretty good but too forever to boil down. Ketchup, Apple Juice and Apple Vinegar + savory spices worked good too.
