The Wonderbag, (in topic line) is advertised as being able to continue the cooking process after it's been brought to a boil- also unlikely, (IMO).
Once cooked, these methods are fine for maintaining warmth. We're agreed about protein presence and state of doneness. A certain amount of cooking does continue for the first ten minutes after removal from the stove but its inadequate as a complete process.
