lynnwood91 is right. In most places It is an unwritten law. We hosted at a local park and had some complaints which I would try to explain that the violated camper should have an expectation of privacy. But some people just don't get it. We had several complaints from folks who would rent the only cabin in the park and people would drive the short lane to the cabin and lined the shore line with family or whoever. The renters called and I went to look but decided to call the ranger in. He had a talk with the invaders but also told the tenents that its a public place and as long as they didn't encroach on them by entering the cabin or the even the deck portion of it, that they really had the right to fish there. As for what I thinkl about it is that it is a gutsy move to invade a site where strangers are. Common sense should prevail.
