Wish I would have spoke with you folks earlier. While T Mobile has no service contract we do have a purchase contract for the phones so switching probley not realistic. Thanks anyway
What about selling the phones outright to satisfy your the sales price?
Also, don't forget cellphone boosters. I have a few of them. They are not magic. They don't work everywhere. They do greatly extend your range. In my tow rig I'm currently running the Mobile Pro 4g. There is also an AC adapter for home or RV use. It's advertised as 5ft working radius. This is best case scenario. While driving our phones are within 1ft of the internal antenna. I have signal where no one else does. I also have a few Wilson Sleek boosters. These are single device only boosters.
The Mobile Pro 4g is advertised as 50db signal gain. I've seen 35db gain. With the Wilson Sleek I average 18db gain. I'm not talking about the amount of bars on your front screen. I'm talking actual signal strength. Iphones require a code to be punched in to see the signal strength. Android signal strength is available in the Settings > About Phone > Status.
The Mobile Pro 4g is a multi device all 4g booster (most 4g). The Sleek has different versions. All Sleek versions boost all 3g. There are a few different carrier specific 4g versions. They would boost Verizon and/or AT&T 4g plus all 3g. I linked to the all 3g only version.
