I can't even imagine someone dumping anything even close to mat! If we are getting the whole story ( not that we're not ) I would have to put the blame on the staff for not making him move his truck the first time.
I think no matter where you go you chance being next to some very inconsiderate people, I've been lucky so far. I know we stay up late around the fire or playing cards and we aren't whispering. I know when I call it a night, early or late I hear nothing outside with the ac on and always keep a box can around to drown out any other noise.
