Durango CO early May

We will be spending a few days in Durango Colorado in early May with friends, taking our 5 year old grandboys (twins). We're planning on the Durango-Silverton Train, and the Bar-D Chuckwagon. Does anyone have any other "don't miss' suggestions for our group.

    when we were there, we stayed in a campground that the railroad ran right through the middle of it. Was way cool. Don't recall the name but it shouldn't be hard to find.

    Drive the Million Dollar Hwy to Quray. Neat vistas.

    Mesa Verde Nat'l Park is not far away.
