$312 a week, they can easily afford to rent a house. My rental property is quite nice, and I rented it for $650 a month.
Now, having said that, its the campground owners that need to enforce whatever rules they have regarding clutter. I haven't gotten to the point of feeling I need to ask if a place allows full time residents. Been to a few places that do, but they were very well maintained and were not cluttered in any way, shape or form.
If I end up at one, Im sure I won't be happy. But, for now, the number of full timers, or the fact they allow them, is not one of my questions or concerns.
