I also use rvparkreviews.com when deciding where to stay on a trip. Like others have said, the numbers mean nothing, but consistency in the numbering can be taken into consideration. A multitude of 7s and 8s vs a slew of 3s and 4s generally gives a fair presentation of the CG. When most "scores" are good and then a 1 or 2 pop up I make certain I read them to find out why. Also as has been said, I check on the reviewers other contributions to see if his approach to determining the quality of a CG is the same as mine. It is a "crap shoot" but I have never been really disappointed when using rvparkreviews.com as a tool. BTW, I would NEVER reserve a site at any CG that had a "NO REFUNDS EVER" policy. That's a very bright RED FLAG for me!
