We have been to Jekyll but we camped elsewhere. We stayed in Brunswick. Jekyll Island is nice and you can bike all over the island. We toured the campground but determined it was a little tight for us. However many do camp there and it all depends on the size of your rig. We are going back there at the end of May but we will be staying at the state park in St. Mary's Crooked River. Within 30 miles there are a lot of things to see. It is different then being on a Gulf side campground. Kinda funny we will be at Top Sail in October.
