In the campsite next to us is a young family with a small child. I do believe that from the time the child wakes up in the morning till the family leaves for their daily sightseeing/outing, he cries....

I cannot believe that you actually posted this complaint. YOU are in a public campground, you don't get to pick your neighbors. Yeah, a crying child hours on end can be irritating, but since you are a full time RV'r you must know that public campgrounds are not Burger King, you don't always get to "have it your way." Kids play, cry, run through your site. Dogs bark, poop, and pee anywhere. Diesels are loud. People wake up early, stay up late. People are too old, too young, etc...
That fancy rig of yours should have outside speakers. Try turning on some music (not too loud or that young family might post on here), light that smoky fire that will waft into my RV, and please try to enjoy your smores.
