Unbelievable!!!! The number of people that think that an incessantly crying child is OK. It is not OK. The fact that it is a child does not mitigate the fact that it's crying is disturbing others. I really don't care what the reason is, if it is health related, the parents need to go home. If it is behavior related, the parents need to go home. Disturbing others for long periods of time is not an acceptable behavior. I don't believe the OP is talking about a couple of minutes of crying a couple of times a day. Prolonged disturbing of others, to the point it makes those people's stay miserable should not be tolerated. The park should issue a warning, then issue an ultimatum and then make the hard decision and send the people away.
First of all, non-stop crying, (whatever) to one person, may only be 45 minutes to another. And do you really warn and issue ultimatums to every paying customer, as soon as someone complains about them? If the child had some kind of problem, should he/she be punished? "That's it! You are a bad kid and ruined this camping trip, we are going home, thanks to you!" Yeah, that sounds like a great idea! Some people should stay away from public campgrounds, if they can't deal with 'the public'!
