May have teenaged grandsons again this summer

Son and DIL may let us have the boys (16 yr old twins) this June or July for 2 weeks. We had them for 3 weeks last summer and had a great time watching them discover Yellowstone, the Badlands, Devil's Tower, and more. They may want to go back there again. Alternatively, we would love to show them something new. Here's our projected itinerary (if they choose the new territory):

Fly into Los Vegas.
Three days at the Grand Canyon
2 1/2 hour spelunking tour (them, not us) at Grand Canyon Caverns
East to the indian ruins at Walnut Canyon and Tuzigoot
On to Meteor Crater and the Petrified Forest
Fly out from Albuquerque.

They both love caving, climbing, hiking, wildlife spotting when they are with us. At home, they spend too much time playing computer games. I have about a week and a half covered above. Any suggestions for the remaining 3 or 4 days? They like museums and would probably love a good one featuring indian cultures of the area. They don't need any time to rest. They can do that when they get back home.
  • Wow, rv2go. Those places sound interesting, too. These guys are 16. Maybe they need to start googling and do some research, too. I will pass your suggestions on to them.
  • Hopefully, it will not be too bad. It will be high country. We don't get a lot of choice about time. We get them when we get them.
  • That can ben the hottest time of year in the SE. Have you considered that?
