Not sure what forum to put this in, so I thought I would start here. Has anybody bought a 150 cc scooter made by Tao Tao? If so happy with or not?

BRAND new and shipped in a metal crate and sometimes due to transit there may be Minor and scratches on the body of the scooter. These Minor Scratches and Dents are NOT COVERED under warranty.
Good way for them to get rid of their scratch & dent ones.
What shops locations do they have listed to do warranty approved work for them?
How long miles/time is the warranty and what parts are covered?
