Worst case of disrespect I've every seen in a campground!

Currently camped at General Butler State Park in Kentucky. Staying till Monday. The week-enders pulled all pulled out and were gone by 1:00 pm ish. We are on campsite 69. Campsite 70 is beside us....

That's not chalk, it's spray of some sort. Cant use chalk on dirt like that, and I doubt it's chalk on that bark. Very hard to get chalk that uniform on bark. The camp manager should put a notation in the computer for these folks "Never again"
