We have a 3 year old English Cream Retreiver and a "Bernese Mt Dog" puppy 5 months old 60 lbs! We bought heavy duty seat covers and a "Velcro" bottomed water bowl for floor board. They love to travel. Mt Dog needs cold packs (keep in freezer and change out as they warm up) we keep for him to lie upon. Both dogs love the Fiver we have Front Living, they run back and forth to master bedroom constantly! They mostly like the cool bedroom! We have two canvas type dog crates they sleep in, or must "hang out " in when we go to dinner or leave the trailer. While we have never had a problem "we do not leave them loose, free to run wild in trailer alone! Ever! Also keep supply of Nyla bones and toys in trailer and back seat of truck!
We get lots of questions at rest areas, and parks about these unique Dogs. They make our trips a lot more fun!
