Our toy poodle recognizes a lot of words. Before she went blind from old age, she would almost give herself whiplash if ball or beach was mentioned. We had a rescue dog with some serious psychological issues for a short time, we brought in a trainer to try to instill some behavioral changes. Lulu sat at the sidelines watching and picked up on a lot of what he was doing.
