Got the pathology report from my vet today when I took Andy for a checkup. He had a Cavernous hemangioma and a Dermal fibrosis( Dr. Doug knows what these are.) Both were benign, and there was no evidence of mast cell tumor. Andy continues to recover and will have his stitches removed the day after Easter. So glad this is over and the results were good.
