Emotional support dogs are in fact legitimate support dogs and used by many military personnel for PTSD. They are also used by many civilians for legitimate reasons and are recognized as a true service dog. It probably would be a good idea to actually know what you're talking about before trying to pass accusations you cannot confirm about people you do not know. There is NO REQUIREMENT for emotional support animals to be spayed or neutered.
