So was that a us gov recognized therapy dog registration body?
Or was it a private registration body that commercial healthcare companies accepted?

Since therapy dogs don’t fall under ada it’s a different problem than establishing a certification process to satisfy a us law.

For example, how would a seizure alert dog be certified? Induce a seizure in the handler and document the dog alerted?
