When you have a power failure your RV does not go to 110° instantly, it would take up to eight hours depending on outside temp and if you have any shade. I park our 42'FW outside in the sun all day, in Alabama, and it very rarely gets above the outside ambient air temperature inside. Your puppies will be okay for several hours without A/C.
