We ended up taking Gyp to our vet Saturday morning. We think she is on a third round of vestibular or a relapse. Her head is tilted more than 45deg when you look at her straight on. Over night Friday she vomited her dinner and she had bloody diarrhea. She is now on prednisone, antibiotics, Valium, anti diarrheal meds, something to sooth her stomach, and then one dose of dewormer. We also got some canned food from the vet since she is on a restricted diet for bladder stones.
