BCSnob?

Mark and Renee, I hope things are getting back to normal for you. Did you get to do your seasonal lamb sales?
  • I'm sorry to learn of Graham's passing - I was really hoping this little guy would survive. As for Gyp, I hope that she recovers in time and the vestibular disease can be eliminated or controlled so she can feel better. I know you are busy with the lambs now. Thanks for posting this update for all of us who care about you, your dogs, and your flock.

    Rita
  • Graham passed away while I was holding him Satuday April 12. His body had shut down before we took him to the vet that Friday and while he looked better after being at the vet he faded through the night.

Gyp recovered from vestibular disease only to get another case (or a relapse) this past Friday. She now has a very bad head tilt but is not acting distressed.

The other pups are thriving and they are on solid food.

Renee banded all of the ram lambs and we've starteed weaning 1/3 of this year's lambs. We need to get some ewes in good condition for a herding demo we give at the McHenry Highland Festival later this spring.

We'll sell some lambs after all of them have been weened. For now we need them for mowing.
  • I was wondering too.

    Enjoyed the birthing threads.

    What is the status now?
