I like warm and fuzzy with a vet, sorry....but if what I hear are short, curt answers and a snarky attitude I will not continue with this vet.
Compassion and the willingness to talk to you and answer your questions, you know, have a conversation with me! That's important to me.
Of course if he/she is incompetent then all that goes out the window but it has to be in addition to it.....
