CA POPPY is right. If she's in that much pain right now--don't let it continue. I hate to go back to bone cancer (as I'm hoping it isn't, but she is a Rottie)--but there are no meds that help the pain of that once it takes hold.
Is there a vet near you that is familiar with the Rottie breed that could see her this weekend? I know you said you saw a specialist, but as I said many times bone "C" will not show up in tests and then all of a sudden it will.
