I agree that you should call vets in your area, since costs can vary by large amounts. I don't know how helpful this will be, since I'm in North Carolina in a medium cost of living area. But FWIW . . in September I paid $260.47 for my 15 pound Shih Tzu's teeth cleaning. That included pre-op blood work and three extractions (two retained baby teeth and one adult tooth).
Here in the U.S. February is pet dental health month, and many (probably most) vets offer 10-20 percent discounts on dental cleanings. So if this little dog's teeth could wait until then (i.e., if they're not causing her pain) then you might check to see if similar discounts are offered in Canada.
