That's what is weird about Ninja choosing our place: it's a car lot. With a business across the street and one next door. Nothing about it would seem "homey" - nothing there offered him protection from the terrible storm we had Friday night (unless he crawled under a truck?). Of course, being a dog, he would be aware that other dogs frequent the place....
Of course, up on that Rainbow Bridge, there's a HUGE Aussie who was always the "protector of lost and wayward things". Maybe Ninja heard a voice that said "Hey Buddy - I can show you where to get help"? ;-)
