He said he had done a lot of surgeries on kittens that ate and swallowed strings and got an impaction in their stomach. They also love to "play panther" and get up on something and jump onto an unsuspecting person walking by. Once, years ago, we had a thread on this very RV Net message board with all the crazy places and trouble kittens and young cats had managed to get themselves into.
