Ah, classic kitten behavior. Sounds like she's healthy. Pet and hold her a lot so she'll like being held and lap sitting. Unless you don't want that. Before you move the scooter to go outside, please check underneath it until she's too big to get under there. Kittens are easily stepped on too. I'm not trying to be doom and gloom; just trying to share what we learned in the family.
There are shots to be sure but they are given at a certain age. She'll run a fever for a little and then return to her antics.
