Never had a problem with our Lab/Rottie mix. She weighed 75-80#. Very well-mannered. Never had anyone ask anything beyond "do you have a dog?" Never what kind, how big, nothing. I wouldn't give it second thought..If they don't want you there with a retired Greyhound, do you really want to stay there?
