Dog bathing

How do you give your dog a bath when traveling. I am a newbie and haven't gone on a long enough trip that I couldn't wait until we got home to give the dog a bath but I will be going out for a long time this summer and will definitely need to bath her. My shower is too small for the both of us to get into and the park rules that I have seen (Florida State Parks) say not to wash cars, RVs or dogs. I don't really know but assume it is the soapy water runoff they are addressing?? Do private RV parks allow dog washing?
