Our park in Fl has also threatened to not allow dogs, for the same reason. I now carry extra bags in my pocket and on the golf cart. When I see someone not picking up after their dog, I simply say, oh I see you don't have a bag, "no worries, I always have extras" Then begin a conversation about their dog and what a nice dog it is....too help relieve the embarrassment, of being caught, not picking up!.... Have seen the same ppl with their dogs........and they were picking up after them! Don't be afraid to say something.......and HAND THEM A BAG!!
