The campground we like to go to has instituted a $100 fine if caught not picking up after their pet. $ going to local rescue charity's..........
Have not heard how it is working out.
I know they can enforce it as they do Golf Cart Regs. with fines. I have seen the county police take a problem camper for a long ride as well........
