Just the way things are.
Rules don't matter so they just eventually say no dogs or some of them anyways.
We had a woman, in northern Michigan several years ago let her dog out and watched it come over an relieve itself at our steps. I said some friendly words but she could care less. Kept puffing on her cigarette and called the dog back in. It did while we were gone again. She wasn't around when we cam back but I had some things to say when she was next there. Woke up next morning and they had pulled out.
Two or three years ago some people that kept their stuff at the campground full time let their dog come and pee on our patio furniture. I said something to campground that time.
Seems the problems have all been in the east and mid west. Out west I don't recall any incidents
