My dog has always been on-leash in the park and has never bitten anyone. Unfortunately, someone decided to file a complaint against the dog and required the manager to treat it as an anonymous complaint. So, I was given no details about who complained or what the alleged incident was, just that the dog would have to leave the park.
Unfair? You bet. After gathering signatures on a petition and sending a letter to the owner, the owner said the dog would be allowed back in with a separate liability policy. Still unfair? You bet, but hopefully cheaper than a lawyer.
