chezmoose - Thank you for responding. That's what I was thinking but I know our older dog would have a fit if the roles were reversed. One of the reasons she is so easy at our campsite is that she is glued to me. I can't go anywhere without her. I'm hoping our pup will be like that with my hubby. ;) The pup is away at obedience training right now (we get our training this weekend) so that should help. Just going to have to exercise her so she is tired.
