Dog urinating and defecating on your site while owners watch

I'm with the majority here-a dog's gotta go when a dog's gotta go. As long as the pet is cleaned up after, what's the issue? Some things are just out of your control.

I will now sit back with my popcorn and listen to the above mentioned "parents" expound upon why Fido will do what he does and they have no control.
