When you say the dog was pooping "in your campsite", does that mean that the owner walked it down by your trailer/MH, or was he doing his business by the side of the road?
The other thing I got a giggle out of was the idea that I, a 73 year old woman, should pick up my 81 pound puppy and carry him to the doggie area. Fortunately, he is good about waiting to get to a non-campsite area to do his business...and even then we always carry and use poop bags. I find that the ones who neglect to do this are usually the people with little dogs. Apparently it isn't necessary to pick up a little pile of poop.
