Interesting because just recently there has been discussion about public urination by men usually outside bars, but also by those who are homeless and they want to use a special paint that deflects the urine back at the urinator. As many pointed out much of the problem is a lack of public facilities. It is one reason I love my small RVAn that I drive all the time... I have a porta potty in the back.
