Actually, it is the owners that are not all that trainable according to Cesar Millan. Anyone with a dog out front of them when walking have been trained by their dogs to follow.

Ah, yes, The World According to Cesar. You never hear about the dogs he COULDN'T train-and yes, they do exist.
