How dare a pet owner follow the rules set forth by the owners of a campground. Allow a dog go to the bathroom on the edge of what a general pathway (road) and then picked up after the dog. No rule was stated dogs, must only go to the bathroom in the pet potty area (no such area or rule was even mentioned by the OP).
