My Roadtrek and all others that responded:
In case you people didn't notice, I posted this question on the rv class b site to get a fair and impartial response but the moderator switched it to this site. Let's be clear about a few things here:
1Campground had a dog run which was in the opposite direction owner was walking dog.
2.Owner and dog was in the middle of my site as owner was patiently waiting for dog to make said deposit.
3.As a retired health inspector, I can assure you that picking up fecal matter with a plastic bagged hand does not remove all the material. Like what? Tape worms, round worms( little kids get it from handling pets and not washing their hands and they are called pin worms), hook worms (you get it when you walk bare footed).
4.Voicing my displeasure does not make me some sort of kook and that I should give up rving. Because some of you have low values doesn't mean it should apply to all.
Roger, allowing a dog to defecate in your campsite is not okay. If it's okay to do this what would one think of my urinating or defecating personally on others campsites. They'd call the authorities right? Why is it okay for dogs to do this? I think about all the waiters and waitresses that bring your water glass with their finger inside the glasses and you're concerned. But why? It probably happens all the time right? Several wrongs does not make a right.
