Some trailers have options for enclosed generators; however, these generators are louder than the portable inverter generators (Honda, Yahmaha, etc) but probably no louder than on board generators in motor homes.
Dogs can be transported in trailers (humane orgs do this, called animal adoption trailers) with crates or dog boxes secured to the trailer. Dogs should not be transported loose in any vehicle; it is not safe for you or your dogs.
For the long term stay you're talking about I would recommend an RV (trailer or motor home) with an area you can set aside as a dog area (cargo area of a toy hauler or a bunk room you can convert to a dog room. This way if they get really dirty you can keep the dirt in a confined area.
