Dogs in bathrooms

Normally, my dogs are in the RV if I go use the campground facilities (not even tied up outside). However, if we are out away from the RV and need to use the facilities, I will bring them in with me. In that case, they go into the stall with me so that someone walking into the restroom doesn't walk into tongue range of two large dogs.

I would not bring them into a shower facility with me - there's no "sudden" need that makes it impossible to confine them in their RV before I go to use the shower facilities.
