We stayed long term in a couple of parks and you just put the leash on them, take a flashlight/headlamp and a poop bag or two and walk them. If you are careful and time your feedings, you shouldn't really have to go out that much through the night unless the dogs are seniors who sometimes seem to be mixed up with their body clock. I would use one specific area where they normally went during the day so they don't get the idea that it would just be pure fun to wonder around and around in the dark.
