I've never run into a campground that didn't allow you to potty your dog on YOUR site; but we've been to some that were pretty adamant about dogs remaining on the pavement as they were walked to the specified potty place (and I do that anyway, if for no other reason than a poo dropped in dire urgency, is much easier to pick up off pavement...LOL!). And 99.9% of the time, my guys are more than happy to wait until the designated spot.
