Just remember that "fake" is a very difficult term to define. What may seem fake to one person represents a significant necessity to another. Consider PTSD, seizure recognition, diabetic recognition, even memory loss. The disability may not seem recognizable to the casual passer by, but the disability may still be significant. Thus the dilemma, not to throw the baby out with the bath water.
