Sure, go to Florida and probably other states where you can "buy" a handicapped placard with NO problems. What is to keep this from falling into the same illegal trade? Notice I did NOT say a counterfeit placard or from an illegal source, as these are actual placards issued by the state to folks who got the form filled out by actual medical folks. the illicit trade in ADA items are rampant and this would be no different.
