In other words, they're suggesting manufacturers DO, what most of us naive folks have assumed was being done all along?? (smack forehead)
And at the risk of sounding cynical (who, me??) I'm finding that a lot of these regulatory agencies are far better at writing proposals and creating "studies", than in actually going out and solving the problem.....
